simple black evening jacket from American designer Victor Costa, who rose to fame re-creating a lot of the designs that the European designers were putting out in Europe with more accessible fabrics at a much lower price point for his home market. his talent was indisputable however, and the construction and craftsmanship top notch.

the jacket is made of black lace, lined in a a light fabric in the bodice, keeping the sleeves sheer. the jacket has a beautiful, flattering cut, nipping the waist gently and squaring off the shoulder.

excellent vintage condition. no flaws. dry-cleaned and ready to be worn.

made in USA. 100% nylon with 100% polyester lining. marked 6, best fits XS/S or US 2-4 maybe 6. shown here fitting slightly too large on US 0 mannequin with 32" bust 23.5" waist and 33.5" hips.
