shipping policy
packages are shipped out within 2-3 days of purchase. tracking is provided on all shipments. it is the responsibility of the buyer to track the package and ensure that you are available for delivery. for purchases over $400 CAD signature is required. please provide a phone number with shipping instructions.
free standard shipping is provided in the US and Canada for orders over $200 CAD.
express shipping is provided for a fee.
local pick-up is available from our studio in Old Montreal - please use the discount code LOCAL for free shipping at checkout and you will be contacted after purchase to schedule a time for retrieval of the package.
customs fees and any fees required upon delivery of the item(s) are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
if a package cannot be delivered and is left at the post office/delivery partner for pick-up and is not picked up within the allotted time, it will usually be returned to (that)bityou vintage. we will make our best attempts to receive the package and contact you to initiate a second delivery, at your expense. however, the package, once left for pick-up at the post office/delivery partner, is considered delivered and is no longer our responsibility; if we cannot retrieve the package or contact you for a second delivery attempt, you will not be refunded for the purchase or given store credit.
if a package is lost or is marked as delivered but was not received please contact us immediately at brittain@thatbityou.com so that we can do our best to resolve the situation. we will make our best attempts to retrieve the missing package and resolve the situation with you. often the package is insured. your help may be required in order to process the insurance claim and if you do not facilitate the processing of the insurance claim you will not be refunded for the lost package.
