Shipping policy

 

 

Packages are shipped out within 1-3 days of purchase. Tracking is provided on all shipments. It is the responsibility of the buyer to track the package and ensure that you are available for delivery. For purchases over $400 CAD signature is required. Please provide a phone number with shipping instructions.

Customs fees and any fees required upon delivery of the item(s) are the sole responsibility of the buyer, except for packages to the United States which are currently being shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) meaning that no duties, tariffs, or charges will be due upon delivery.

If the buyer does not pay the fees due upon delivery and accept the package, the package will be returned to (that)bityou, but all associated fees incurred will be deducted from your return.

If a package cannot be delivered and is left at the post office/delivery partner for pick-up and is not picked up within the allotted time, it will be returned to (that)bityou vintage. We will make our best attempts to receive the package and contact you to initiate a second delivery, at your expense. However, the package, once left for pick-up at the post office/delivery partner, is not our responsibility and if we cannot retrieve the package or contact you for a second delivery attempt, you will not be refunded for the purchase or given store credit.

If a package is lost or is marked as delivered but was not received please contact us immediately at brittain@thatbityou.com so that we can do our best to resolve the situation. We will make our best attempts to retrieve the missing package and resolve the situation with you. Often the package is insured. Your help may be required in order to process the insurance claim and if you do not facilitate the insurance claim you will not be refunded for the lost package.
