we do not accept returns at this time. we do accept exchanges for store credit in the amount of the purchase price, minus shipping fees and taxes. the exchange must be initiated within 3 days of delivery of the item and the item must be shipped out within 5 days of delivery. the exchange shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer, as is the package once it has been shipped back to (that)bityou vintage, until its reception by (that)bityou vintage.

the store credit will be initiated within 5 days of reception of the returned item(s).

to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
