beautiful skirt from Norma Kamali. features a high-cut waist, with a large circle panel at the top, wrap ties and a gathered ruched back that falls into a flattering fishtail at the bottom. colour is black. Norma Kamali often featured this large front circle in the mid 80s though it was often paired with suspenders and/or large side pockets - I have never seen it in this design, with the beautiful ruched back and no pockets or straps. often the circle was folded over and the ties wrapped around it. here we showed it with the circle left open and the ties tied at the back and also wrapped around to the front. possibly from the 1985 collection, where you see the circle and fishtail flounce, but definitely from around that time.

no material tag, feels like a thin cotton or cotton blend. made in USA. marked size 6, best fits US 2-4 maybe 6 (shown on US 2 mannequin).
