oh so lovely Issey Miyake jacket from the late 1970s or maybe early 1980s. cut boxy and rather cropped (though would finish lower than the natural waist), the jacket feels like a soft tweed with rows of fringe along the front, going up over the shoulder and coming down in a v shape down the back. a statement jacket that remains minimalist and versatile, as many Miyake pieces do. i really love early Issey Miyake and am delighted to have it in the shop.

two concealed hook and eyes, one at the bust and another at the waist, where the right side crosses slightly over the left.

excellent vintage condition. one pen mark on the lining. dry-cleaned and ready to be worn.

no material tag, i believe that the fringe is real suede as one fell off and i was able to pull it apart, where micro-suede is petroleum based and would be difficult to break. fits M-L or US 6-8-10 or S more oversized. always consult the measurements provided, however.
