beautiful Fall 2003 dress from Marc Jacobs' own label during his Louis Vuitton years. walked the runway in the before last look that season, peaking out from under a white jacket. the whole collection was extremely mod, channeling the retro-futurism of Courreges, Cardin, and Paco Rabanne in the 1960s. the dress has the cutest lines, with a trapeze cut, a modified halter strap that almost feels like a harness and a low open back. made entirely of cashmere, with contrasting chrome silver buttons. just perfect.

excellent vintage condition. dry-cleaned and ready to be worn.

made in USA. 100% cashmere. marked 6 but modern fit is XS or US 0-2 (especially fitted in bust and shoulders due to the strap design, so probably fits a US 4 if bust and shoulder fits). shown on US 2 mannequin with a 32" bust.
