iconic cutout shoulder bodysuit from Donna Karan's Fall 1992 collection, walking the runway that season in multiple iterations. a classic Donna Karan design element, the cold-shoulder, though hers is a much sleeker approach than what we have seen in the years since. the bodysuit has a mock turtleneck with an almost halter cut to the neck and long sleeves, with a hidden zipper down the back. the dress version was worn by Christy Turlington in the September 1992 issue of Harper's Bazaar and sits amongst fashion history in the MET's permanent collection.
