very fun mini dress slash tunic from designer Jean Paul Gaultier. best dated to the late 80s or maybe very early 90s, it's in a slightly marled charcoal grey colour with the words 'Jean Paul Gaultier' spelled out around the turtleneck collar in a classic gothic font. this is done through cut out of the top fabric revealing a a light grey fabric underneath. the dress has a visible silver zipper in back. the material has a thick, high quality t-shirt feel, with very slight stretch, but which keeps its shape.

very good vintage condition. has slight wear to certain seams which does not pose any structural problems and is barely visible when worn. where the letters are cut away there is some slight wear but again, not visible and in line with age and use. dress has been dry-cleaned and is ready to be worn.

made in Italy. material tag removed, feels like cotton blend. marked 40, best fits US 0-2-4 depending on desired effect. shown here on US 2 mannequin with 32" bust and 34" hips and fits quite well.
