perfect pants from Dolce & Gabbana's iconic 90s era - an era the design house has been thoroughly referencing in their most recent collections. the pants are capri length in a lingerie style, with the cheeky girdle panel on the stomach made of satin and a series of hook and eye closures over the left hip. the pants are made of a stretch semi-sheer sort of mesh, which is layered over itself along the outside of the thigh, where the pants are more opaque. this means that between the satin panel in front and the double-layer of mesh on the side, there is a narrow panel in front which is semi-sheer. most of the back of the pants consists of this single layer semi-sheer fabric, and the wearer's undergarments are partially visible.

from the 1990s, most likely Spring 1998 where you see lingerie style capris layered throughout the show. 

very good vintage condition. the mesh like fabric seems to have lost a bit of its intended stretch, especially in the waist, and as a result the pants could need a slight tailoring to contour your body perfectly, though this would be a small adjustment. otherwise no real flaws, dry-cleaned and ready to be worn.

the fabric and size tag has been removed. best fits XS/S or US 0-2-4, though with possible taking in at the waist, as mentioned above. shown on US 2 mannequin with 34" hips and you can see how the fit is slightly too large in the waist.
