great high-waisted wide leg pants in a deep turquoise. made in France, excellent quality. a viscose and silk blend, they have a great feel and the slightest sheen. bottom hem is finished but not turned up - could be worn as is or easily hemmed to right length. best dated to late 1980s or early 1990s.
