1990s Donna Karan sample wrap style dress with peplum - XS

beautiful dress from Donna Karan that is actually a design sample and not an actually produced garment. it has a great wrap style, where the fabric, a structured synthetic, crosses over the front, creating a modern peplum, and clasps through the use of subtle hook and eye closures. the dress has an integrated, fitted slip skirt that maintains the structure. the sleeves are extra long, while the skirt has a beautiful tulip effect. note that the hems are raw and unfinished in most cases, but do not fray due to the nature of the fabric. best dated to the late 1990s or maybe early 00s.

very good vintage condition, though the dress has certain raw elements as it is a sample. these do not affect the wearability of the piece and only add to the charm of a design sample. dry-cleaned and ready to be worn.
