beautiful scarf top from Karl Lagerfeld's long run at Fendi. a part of the S/S 2008 collection, the top also walked in the ground-breaking runway presentation at the Great Wall of China that Fendi launched at the end of 2007 to celebrate their 80 years as a brand, for which they prepared a special mini-collection and hand-picked certain pieces from the Spring 2008 collection. as a result the top walked in two different runway shows. the black version shown in campaign.

made of two layers of semi-sheer silk, the top has a large orange and yellow circular design, which was featured throughout the collection that season, and ties in back by a silk string leaving the back open. it's then attached up top to a clear acrylic chain that fastens behind the neck.

very good vintage condition, some slight wear, nothing specific to note. professionally cleaned and ready to be worn.

made in Italy. 100% silk. marked 40, fits XS/S/M or US 0-2-4-6 due to cut. shown here on US mannequin with 32" bust.
