S/S 2000 Prada burgundy silk blend skirt with pink ribbon and mirror sequins trim - XS

simple but lovely skirt from the Spring 2000 Prada collection. semi-sheer, made of nylon and silk blend with a slight stretch in a deep burgundy red, accented by a silk pink ribbon at the bottom and silver semi-circles of mirrored thick sequins along the hem. also has a small, precious suede trim along the top at the waist. small details that make all the difference. did not walk the runway that season but we saw the same trim on a pair of bloomer shorts worn by Gisele.

excellent vintage condition. dry-cleaned and ready to be worn.

made in Italy. 56% nylon 36% silk 8% elastane. marked 38, best fits XS/S or US 0-2, as it's meant to be worn mid to low-rise and the hip is quite narrow, though there is some stretch for comfort. shown here on US 0 mannequin.
