beautiful silk tunic from Yves Saint Laurent's Rive Gauche line with colour-blocking of red black and blue, short mandarin collar and buttons running down each shoulder. cut square and boxy, could be worn as a top or super short mini dress with shorts. walked down the runway as a part of the Spring 1978 collection, on Jerry Hall in the same colour scheme with a variation on the neckline, and then on another model in the same style with a different colour-way. beautiful classic piece to add to your vintage collection.

excellent vintage condition, other than a small catch on the black silk, at the chest. this is not a hole, as it does not go through the second layer to the skin, but it remains a flaw. the silk is a raw silk, and has natural texture, so the catch blends in quite well. dry-cleaned and ready to be worn.
