beautiful wide leg trouser from John Galliano's Spring 2000 collection. these weren't featured on the runway, though you do see the use of the same grey toned python print. it's possible these are from a cruise line, rather than the official spring/summer collection. the pants are a classic men's trouser cut, with a mid-rise, pleated front with a crisp crease in front and back and wide cuff at the bottom. has a slit pocket at each hip and one in back. made of a medium brown viscose and linen blend fabric with a really nice hand feel, and there is the placement of the python insert inside the leg, flashing every so often. meant to be worn slung low, hanging off the hips.

excellent vintage condition - no flaws. dry-cleaned and ready to be worn.

made in France. 88% viscose, 12% linen. marked US 6 FR 40, best fits XS/S or US 0-2-4 sitting low and not fitted. shown here on US 2 mannequin with 24.5" waist and 34" hips.
