ombre pants from the Spring 2000 Céline collection, when Michael Kors was at the helm. the ombre detail was featured throughout the collection, and the pants walked in inverse, with the light portion at the top, in a slightly different style. Kors did a beautiful job during his time at Céline, making wearable but aspirational clothes that had everyone wanting to live their very best lives. these pants are beautifully constructed and have a wonderful weight, made of a very lightweight stretch wool, not too heavy but with enough substance to fall right and skim and hug instead of cling. mid to high rise, wide-leg and long inseam, with an invisible zipper at the hip and no pockets for a very sleek finish.

excellent vintage condition - no flaws. dry-cleaned and ready to be worn.

made in France. 96% wool 4% spandex. marked 40, best fits modern US 4-6 (shown on US 2 mannequin and a little large). has some stretch.
