1990s Chloé silk charmeuse skirt with ruffled lace trim - XS

beautiful silk charmeuse skirt in a cool grey with a tone on tone lace ruffle trim. bias cut, it follows the curves of the body, finishing off with a raised hem in back acting almost like a slit. from the 90s, best dated to the Stella McCartney years, possibly the famous Spring 1998 collection where we see the same use of silk charmeuse and lace trims, but we can't say for sure, though from the tag we do know that it pre-dates 2000.

very good vintage condition. slight wear commensurate with age, though nothing that shows when worn. dry-cleaned and ready to be worn.

made in France. no fabric tag but silk. no size tag, but fits XS or US 0-2, especially fitted in the waist and not meant to cling but rather glide over the hips. shown here on US 0 mannequin with 23.5" waist and 33.5" hips.
