the opening look from the Spring 2008 BCBG Max Azria runway collection. an ethereal semi-sheer trenchcoat in silk organza in a very pale but warm grey with contrasting lavender (colour accurate on the runway). the piece is beautifully constructed and also lined in semi-sheer silk. all of the construction, seaming and pockets are visible through the fabric. has epaulets, straps on each sleeve, and the classic flaps of a trenchcoat on each shoulder and along the back. also has a vent in back. the pockets are sewn shut.

no belt or closures, meant to be worn easy and open or can be belted with a belt you already have, as seen on the runway. has a belt loop on each side for that purpose, if desired. perfect for an evening look, but can be styled down for daytime as well.

excellent vintage condition. has one extremely small and pale spot on a front pocket, invisible when on (final slide). dry-cleaned and ready to be worn.

made in China. 100% silk outer with acetate contrast, which we believe to be the thin trim. silk lining. marked M, best fits XS/S/M or US 2-4-6 (shown on US 2 mannequin). perfect for someone petite, as the shoulders are a little narrow. measurements are approximate as there is no closure so the sizing is quite flexible.
