silk blouse from designer Ted Lapidus. the blouse has a standing collar with loops, probably meant to accommodate a scarf if desired. it has a rather billowy cut in both the body and the sleeves, which finish off in straight cuffs around the wrist. love the pattern, made of slightly squared off red hearts on a black background. slightest padding to the shoulder, which can be removed if desired. spare button provided. best dated to the 1980s.
