special set from beloved designer Issey Miyake's famous Pleats Please line. in bold red, it is comprised of a midi length shift dress with scoop neck and a knee-length cardigan. the fabric features the pleat technique that is synonymous with the label, though covered in a short fuzzy fringe that almost resembles a fur. along the sides, the fur effect dissipates and you see the pleating. best dated to the early 2000s.
