sweater from Pierre Cardin featuring dramatic real feather details at the collar and cuffs. best dated to the 1980s, during the era where Cardin, a highly respected designer who started with Dior, had begun over-licensing his name and flooding the marketplace with clothing of varying degrees of quality. this sweater would be an example of one of the better pieces still attached to the designer's name, made of high quality materials and with well-thought out design - for instance, the long feather trims are removable, allowing the sweater to be properly cleaned and giving it some versatility, allowing the wearer to choose when and where to wear the feathers.

has a slight fit and flare shape and a short vent at the bottom on each side.
